Often the best support and advice a parent can get when life with their children is tough, is from other parents. As a mum of a teenage boy, I have discovered that whilst it is easier to meet parents when your children are young, having the opportunity to chat to other parents of teenagers is much more difficult - not least because sometimes, it seems as if your teen has a hidden agenda to stop you doing so!
