Ann, who has a Masters Degree in Education, is a former head teacher, working with pupils of all ages and their parents. She has run several parenting skills workshops and has piloted a project in Manchester coaching and mentoring underachieving students, resulting in improved GCSE grades. She is a qualified Life Coach. Ann is the mother of 2 boys and has experience of what it is like to be part of a stepfamily.
Barbara has an MSc in Sociology and has worked with adolescents and their families for many years; her particular interest is in the social and emotional aspects of development. From 1998-2002 she was the external examiner for the Child and Adolescent course at Dublin City University. She currently runs parenting courses in Devon, and is a tutor for family learning.
